I don't have a card, how do I get one?
Each season ticket can have an orange collar card (One per seat). So, if you don't have one you can stop by the Komets information booth. Once you're verified as a season ticket holder, you will be issued a new card.
I've had season tickets all year and I didn't know I could get the Orange Collar card?
If you have the black printed season ticket book, you received a card and a letter explaining the program. If you want to get a card now you will still get credit for games attended the rest of the year but we cannot credit you for games in the past.
If you bought tickets after the season started and missed print or PA reminders about the Orange Collar program, then stop by the Komets info booth to get started. You will then be able to scan your card for the rest of the season in order to accumulate points.
I think I should get credit for all those games I attended and didn't have a card
We cannot credit you for games in the past. This program is one that very few teams offer their season ticket holders. This is a free program that will expand over the years. This is a program that will not end this year as there will be many more chances to accumulate points and earn rewards. Many attempts are made from print reminders, email and PA announcements to inform fans about this program. We apologize if some did not hear or read the messages. The purpose of the program is for fans to be involved with the program – by physically scanning their individual cards when arriving at the Arena.
I have 4 seats but I just use one card. I just scan my card four times, right?
No. Scanning multiple times does not add points to your card. If you want credit for all four of your seats you need to scan all four of your cards. Points will not combine onto one card. If you do not have four cards for four seats, then stop by the information booth to request more cards. See above.
I lost my Orange Collar Card
Stop by the Komets information booth. A $1 fee will be assessed for each lost card.
How do the points get credited to me after I scan my card?
You have to activate each of your cards so the points can go into your account. Points are uploaded to your card the next day.
How do I activate my cards?
Go to www.orangecollarcrowd.com and follow the instructions on the first page. You must have an email address to activate. You will get an email immediately after you click “Request Activation Code”. Once you have this code just go back to the activation page, enter it along with your card number and then you will be able to set up your card with your password, name, etc.
I never got the email that gives me the activation code?
You should get it immediately. If you didn’t then it got blocked by your spam filter. Check your spam emails. Also, add orangecollarsupport@komets.com to your address book to avoid further blocked emails. If you still have problems call the Komet office at 483-0011.
Where is the website and how do I log in?

What is my password?
It should be a secret. You set it up when you activated your card. See above question if you have not activated your card.
I lost my password.
Call the Komet office at 483-0011 or stop by the information booth and ask. You will need to show your orange collar card before we will check. We will attempt to find your information.
How many points do I have?
You have to log in to find out. Once you log in with your card number and password, the first page you will see will tell you how many points you have.
How do I get points on my card?
The ONLY ways to get points is by scanning your card when you go to a game (5 points per game, Wednesdays are 10) and by buying souvenirs at the souvenir stand (1 point for every $5 spent). Komet Kuarters purchases do not count nor do road games, buying scrip tickets, etc
How can I get my prizes?
To redeem prizes you must use the website system. You must have your card activated before you can redeem prizes. If you have not activated your card, see the other side of this paper. Log in and the first page you will see will be the rewards page. Just pick an item you want to have and click on the appropriate button. Points will automatically be deducted from your card. Then shortly thereafter you will receive an email stating how to receive your prize. Most prizes can be picked up at the next Komet home game at the main souvenir stand.
Can I combine points from two or more of my cards?
No. Each card has its separate points when redeeming prizes.
I redeemed a prize but I never received an email?
Most likely the email was blocked in your spam filter or you don’t have the correct email address entered into the system. Most likely the prize redemption went through anyway. Call 483-0011 to verify or just check at the main souvenir stand at the next game. To update your email address just log in to the website and click on the link to update your information. To avoid blocked emails, add orangecollarsupport@komets.com to your address book.
I don't have an email address
You can get a free email account by registering at www.yahoo.com or at www.hotmail.com It's very simple and free and it will allow you to benefit from this program the way that it was intended.
I don't have a computer. Can I still use this rewards program?
Yes. However, this program is intended to be used with internet access and email. Without either you will not be able to utilize the full features of the program. You can always ask a friend or relative to log in to the website with their computer and/or their email account. Or the public libraries can also be used.
But, if you do not want to use any of these options you can ask the Komets office to help. Just call or talk to us and we can help you
Will my points expire?
Yes. This season's points are set to 30 days after the Komets last game. The exact date will be announced once the season ends. Once they do, everyone will have zero points
If my points expire – then I don't get any prizes?
If you have not redeemed your points by that date then yes, you cannot redeem for more prizes.
Should I throw my card away after the points expire?
No. You should keep this card as long as you are a season ticket holder. It should never have to be changed unless you lose it or it becomes completely unreadable. In that case stop by the Komets information booth for help.
