Have your birthday announced at a Komets game! Crazy Pinz Entertainment Center offers you the chance to have your name announced over the PA system plus appear on the IcyVision videoboard!

To make it happen, just fill out this form complete with the date of the game you will be attending. Your name will be announced sometime during the game and as a bonus Crazy you will receive a birthday gift from Crazy Pinz. Just stop by the Komets information booth on your night to claim your gift.

The form must be filled out completely and most importantly you must send in your request at least two business days prior to the game of choice. If your game is not available as a choice, it's too late to pick that game.

Remember that you can celebrate your birthday with the Komets with a Komet birthday package or at Crazy Pinz.
